2. Service Purpose

Our goal is to help clients turn their forms, links, booking pages, business tools, client portals, and service information into cleaner, branded digital experiences.

PCT Client Customs does not guarantee that a custom page, link wrap, form, dashboard, or digital experience will produce a specific number of leads, sales, clients, bookings, approvals, website visits, search rankings, ad approvals, or business results.

We provide digital build support, design organization, code-ready structure, and client-facing experience setup based on the package purchased and the information provided by the client.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information needed to complete their project.

This may include, but is not limited to:

Business name
Logo
Brand colors
Photos or images
Service descriptions
Pricing details
Booking links
Payment links
Form links
Client portal links
Dashboard details
Business policies
Contact information
Required disclaimers
Written content
Screenshots
Examples
Project instructions
Any materials needed for the requested build

A project timeline does not begin until all required items have been received, including payment, completed forms, signed agreements if required, and all necessary content, links, and materials.

Missing, late, incorrect, unclear, or incomplete information may delay the project.

4. Client Materials and Confidentiality

Clients may submit private business materials, links, forms, workflows, screenshots, documents, brand assets, client-facing information, or internal project details so PCT Client Customs can complete the requested service.

PCT Professional Services LLC respects client materials and treats submitted project information with care and confidentiality.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or intentionally share client materials with competitors or unrelated third parties.

Client materials are used only for purposes related to the requested service, including project planning, design, buildout, communication, revisions, delivery, recordkeeping, support, and service improvement.

Clients are responsible for making sure they have the legal right to submit and use any materials they provide to us.

By submitting materials, the client confirms that:

They own the materials or have permission to use them.
The materials do not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
The materials are accurate and lawful.
The materials do not contain harmful code, malware, unlawful content, or anything intended to damage a system, website, platform, or user.
The client has permission to share any third-party links, files, images, logos, documents, or platform materials submitted for the project.

PCT Professional Services LLC is not responsible for legal claims, platform issues, copyright disputes, trademark disputes, privacy complaints, or damages that arise from materials provided by the client.

5. Ownership of Work

Clients keep ownership of the original materials they provide to us.

PCT Professional Services LLC keeps ownership of its original business methods, templates, layouts, frameworks, workflows, internal systems, demo structures, service language, brand language, code structures, reusable snippets, design methods, training materials, and creative processes that existed before the client project or are used across multiple projects.

Once the client has paid in full, the client receives permission to use the final approved deliverables for their own business according to the package purchased.

Unless clearly stated in writing, clients may not resell, duplicate, redistribute, repackage, reverse engineer, claim ownership of, or give away PCT Client Customs templates, code structures, layouts, demos, forms, workflows, systems, or custom build methods as their own product or service.

Clients may not copy, steal, reproduce, or distribute PCT Client Customs website content, service descriptions, demo pages, forms, visuals, policies, templates, or branded materials without written permission.

6. Website Content and Brand Protection

All content on this website belongs to PCT Professional Services LLC unless otherwise stated.

This includes written content, service descriptions, brand wording, layout ideas, graphics, demo concepts, page structures, custom wording, product descriptions, button language, form structures, digital tool concepts, and other creative or technical materials.

You may view this website for personal or business decision-making purposes only.

You may not:

Copy or republish material from PCT Client Customs
Sell, rent, or sublicense material from PCT Client Customs
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from PCT Client Customs
Redistribute content from PCT Client Customs
Use our website or service language to create a competing copycat service
Claim our templates, layouts, or methods as your own
Use our brand name, logo, or artwork without permission

7. Payments and Fees

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required before work begins unless a written payment arrangement has been approved by PCT Professional Services LLC.

Because our services involve custom planning, digital strategy, creative work, setup, review, communication, design, code preparation, and/or technical organization, payments may be non-refundable once a project has started, strategy has been provided, materials have been reviewed, custom work has begun, or digital files have been delivered.

PCT Professional Services LLC reserves the right to pause or stop work if payment is incomplete, late, disputed, reversed, or past due.

8. Refund Policy

Custom digital services are created specifically for each client and are not general off-the-shelf products.

For this reason, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, materials have been reviewed, a custom direction has been planned, a consultation has taken place, digital setup has begun, or files have been delivered.

Refunds are not guaranteed for:

Client change of mind
Delayed client responses
Incomplete client materials
Client failure to submit required forms
Client failure to provide links, logos, content, or access details
Client abandonment of the project
Change in business direction
Third-party platform restrictions
Issues caused by client-edited code or files after delivery
Missed appointments
Services already started or completed

If a refund request is made, PCT Professional Services LLC may review the request at its discretion. Any approved refund, credit, or partial adjustment must be confirmed in writing.

9. Appointment Policy

The PCT Custom Build VIP Session is a 60-minute virtual strategy and design consultation for clients who are unsure which service to choose, need help selecting the right package, or have a specific custom request that requires live discussion.

This session is $75 and non-refundable once booked.

Clients may reschedule their appointment as many times as needed, as long as the reschedule request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment and may require a new booking fee.

This appointment is for consultation, clarification, planning, walkthrough support, design direction, and custom build guidance.

The VIP Session does not include completed design work, coding, revisions, setup, or full service delivery unless separately purchased through a PCT Client Customs or PCT Custom Builds service package.

Clients should arrive on time and prepared with any links, ideas, screenshots, forms, business details, questions, or project notes they want reviewed during the session.

If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or rescheduled based on availability.

10. Project Timelines

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on the package purchased, project size, client response time, revision requests, third-party platform issues, missing information, or requested changes.

Complex builds, including client portals, dashboards, and full digital experience buildouts, may require additional time because they are custom projects.

A timeline begins only after:

The package is confirmed
Payment is completed
The required form is submitted
The agreement is signed, if applicable
All required links, content, photos, files, and brand materials are received

Missing information, incomplete forms, unpaid invoices, unsigned agreements, late content, unclear instructions, or delayed responses may delay the project.

11. Revisions and Change Requests

Revision details depend on the package purchased.

Revisions are meant to refine the approved project direction. They may include reasonable edits to wording, layout, links, buttons, colors, sections, screenshots, or clarification details.

Revisions do not include a full redesign, a completely new concept, a new business model, a different service package, a new dashboard structure, a new form system, or major changes outside the original project scope unless approved as a paid add-on.

Additional revision rounds, live designer calls, extra pages, extra link wraps, new tools, new forms, new dashboards, or expanded custom work may require an additional fee.

12. Client Approval and Final Delivery

Clients are responsible for reviewing previews, drafts, links, forms, buttons, spelling, pricing, contact details, policies, and project information before final approval.

Once a project is approved and delivered, the client is responsible for saving, storing, uploading, embedding, publishing, maintaining, and using the delivered materials unless ongoing support has been purchased.

PCT Professional Services LLC is not responsible for errors, broken links, outdated content, platform changes, deleted files, or client-made edits after delivery unless a separate support service has been purchased.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Some projects may involve third-party platforms such as HoneyBook, Hostinger, Firebase, Google Forms, Jotform, Canva, Calendly, booking pages, payment processors, domain providers, hosting companies, client portals, CRM tools, or other outside platforms.

PCT Professional Services LLC does not own or control these third-party platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, billing issues, policy changes, connection errors, refused embeds, login problems, domain issues, account restrictions, account suspensions, data loss, technical limitations, or changes made by those platforms.

If a third-party platform blocks embedding, refuses connection, changes its code, updates its policies, or stops supporting a feature, we may suggest an alternate display method, button flow, redirect option, or code-safe workaround when possible.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts, subscriptions, logins, passwords, billing, permissions, and platform access.

14. Digital Delivery

Most PCT Client Customs services are delivered digitally through links, preview pages, files, code, screenshots, forms, email, or online platforms.

The client is responsible for downloading, copying, saving, embedding, or storing delivered files and instructions.

PCT Professional Services LLC is not responsible for lost files, deleted emails, expired links, device issues, client-side editing errors, or platform changes after delivery.

15. No Guarantee of Results

PCT Professional Services LLC works to provide professional, polished, and functional digital experiences based on the client’s package, materials, and project needs.

However, we do not guarantee specific business results, including but not limited to:

Sales
Revenue
Bookings
Leads
Website traffic
Search engine rankings
Ad approval
Ad performance
Customer responses
Platform approval
Conversion rates
Business growth
Client retention
Third-party software performance

The success of a project may depend on the client’s offer, audience, pricing, marketing, communication, traffic, follow-up, business operations, platform access, and ongoing use of the delivered materials.

16. Advertising and Platform Compliance

PCT Client Customs aims to provide clear, professional, and trustworthy digital service pages that support a better user experience.

However, PCT Professional Services LLC cannot guarantee that any website, landing page, link wrap, advertisement, service page, or digital experience will be approved by Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or any other advertising platform.

Advertising platforms have their own rules, review processes, verification requirements, landing page standards, account history reviews, and compliance decisions.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their ads, offers, claims, pricing, disclaimers, business information, and landing pages comply with the advertising platforms they choose to use.

If a client requests ad-friendly wording, compliance cleanup, or landing page improvements, PCT Client Customs may assist within the purchased service scope. Final approval is always controlled by the platform.

17. Cookies and Tracking

This website may use cookies or similar technologies to support website functionality, improve user experience, understand visitor activity, support marketing, operate embedded tools, and help the website work properly.
