Thank you for choosing PCT Client Customs, a custom digital experience and link wrapping service operated by PCT Professional Services LLC.

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, digital deliveries, appointments, and custom service payments are handled.

Because our services are custom, digital, personalized, and service-based, they are not handled like physical products that can be returned in original packaging.

By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, submitting a project form, uploading materials, or approving work to begin, you agree to this Returns & Refunds Policy.

1. No Physical Returns

PCT Client Customs does not primarily sell physical goods.

Our services may include custom digital builds, branded link wrapping, client portal-style pages, forms, dashboards, digital tools, strategy sessions, code-ready files, preview pages, and digital service support.

Because these services are digital and/or custom-created, there are no physical products to return.

2. Custom Digital Services Are Generally Non-Refundable

Payments for custom digital services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom Link Wrapping™
Custom client portals
Dashboard-style builds
Custom forms
Digital service pages
Business intake pages
Firebase-ready or code-ready build areas
Temporary preview pages
Raw custom code delivery
Embedded tool layouts
Design planning
Project strategy
Setup support
Revision work
Digital file delivery

Custom services require time, planning, review, communication, design work, code preparation, platform setup, testing, and/or digital organization. Once that work begins, the service cannot be returned like a physical item.

3. When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered only if the request is made in writing before any custom work has started.

A refund review may be available if:

Payment was made by mistake.
A duplicate payment was submitted.
The client cancels before any project review, planning, strategy, design, setup, code work, or digital preparation has begun.
PCT Professional Services LLC is unable to provide the purchased service and no suitable alternative is available.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed based on the service purchased, project status, work already completed, materials reviewed, and time already reserved.

4. Non-Refundable Services and Situations

Refunds are not available once custom work has started, materials have been reviewed, strategy has been provided, a preview has been created, digital setup has begun, files have been delivered, or the service has been completed.

Refunds are not available for:

Client change of mind
Client no longer needing the service
Client choosing a different platform after work begins
Client delay in submitting materials
Incomplete project forms
Missing logos, links, photos, content, or brand assets
Failure to respond to project communication
Abandoned projects
Missed appointments
Late cancellations
Completed consultations
Delivered digital files
Delivered raw code
Delivered previews
Delivered link wrapping pages
Delivered forms, dashboards, or portal-style builds
Revision work already completed
Third-party platform restrictions
Hosting, domain, embed, or software limitations outside our control
Client-edited files or code after delivery
Advertising platform disapproval
Business results, sales, leads, traffic, or conversion expectations

5. Appointment Refund Policy

The PCT Custom Build VIP Session is a 60-minute virtual strategy and design consultation for clients who are unsure which service to choose, need help selecting the right package, or have a specific custom request that requires live discussion.

This session is $75 and non-refundable once booked.

Clients may reschedule their appointment as many times as needed, as long as the reschedule request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment and may require a new booking fee.

Missed appointments, no-shows, late arrivals, and same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

6. Project Cancellation by Client

A client may request to cancel a project by emailing:

If cancellation is requested before work begins, PCT Professional Services LLC may review the request for a possible refund, partial refund, or service credit.

If cancellation is requested after work begins, the payment is generally non-refundable because time, planning, design, communication, and/or technical work have already been reserved or performed.

If a project is cancelled due to missing client materials, lack of response, unpaid balances, repeated delays, or abandoned communication, payments already made are not automatically refundable.

7. Project Cancellation by PCT Professional Services LLC

PCT Professional Services LLC reserves the right to cancel, pause, or refuse a project if needed.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

Nonpayment
Chargebacks or payment disputes
Abusive or disrespectful communication
Unsafe or inappropriate requests
Unclear project scope
Requests outside our service ability
Illegal, deceptive, or unethical project requests
Failure to provide required materials
Repeated missed appointments
Misuse of our work, templates, code, or service materials

If PCT Professional Services LLC cancels a project before work begins, a refund or service credit may be reviewed.

If work has already started, any refund decision will be based on the amount of work completed, time spent, materials reviewed, and digital preparation already performed.

8. Digital Downloads, Files, and Code

Digital files, code, templates, pages, screenshots, instructions, links, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

This includes raw HTML, CSS, JavaScript, text files, PDFs, preview links, digital instructions, code-ready files, and any other digital delivery.

Clients are responsible for saving, downloading, copying, embedding, uploading, or storing their delivered files and instructions.

PCT Professional Services LLC is not responsible for lost files, deleted emails, expired links, device issues, client editing errors, or platform changes after delivery.

9. Third-Party Platform Issues

Some services may involve third-party platforms such as HoneyBook, Hostinger, Firebase, Google Forms, Canva, Calendly, Jotform, domain providers, hosting companies, payment processors, CRM tools, booking tools, or advertising platforms.

PCT Professional Services LLC does not control these third-party platforms.

Refunds are not guaranteed due to:

A third-party platform refusing to embed
A platform changing its code or policies
A hosting provider issue
A domain issue
A payment processor issue
An account login issue
An account suspension
A rejected advertisement
A software outage
A third-party tool no longer supporting a feature

When possible, PCT Client Customs may suggest a code-safe workaround, button flow, redirect option, alternate display method, or revised setup based on the package purchased.

10. Advertising Platform Disclaimer

PCT Client Customs may create polished, professional, and user-friendly digital pages that support a better customer experience.

However, PCT Professional Services LLC cannot guarantee approval by Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or any other advertising platform.

Advertising platforms have their own rules, review systems, verification requirements, landing page standards, and account history checks.

Refunds are not available solely because an ad platform rejects, limits, reviews, suspends, or disapproves an ad, account, website, or landing page.

11. Revision Support Instead of Refunds

If there is an issue with a delivered project, clients should contact us first so we can review the concern.

Depending on the package purchased, reasonable revision support may be available to correct eligible issues, such as:

Broken buttons caused by original delivery
Incorrect links provided before final approval
Spelling errors
Missing agreed sections
Mobile display issues within the approved scope
Simple wording corrections
Minor layout adjustments

Revisions do not include a full redesign, a new business concept, a new platform, a different service package, or major changes outside the original project scope unless purchased separately.

12. Payment Processing Fees

If a refund is approved, any non-refundable payment processing fees, transaction fees, or platform fees may be deducted from the refund amount if those fees are not returned by the payment processor.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method whenever possible.

13. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for PCT Professional Services LLC to process the refund request.

After processing, the time it takes for funds to appear in the client’s account depends on the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or financial institution.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We are committed to reviewing concerns respectfully and professionally.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may pause all current work, cancel access to active services, delay delivery, or result in termination of the client relationship.

Fraudulent disputes, false claims, or misuse of delivered digital services may result in the account being blocked from future services.

15. Service Credits

In some cases, PCT Professional Services LLC may offer a service credit instead of a refund.

Service credits are offered at our discretion and may be used toward eligible future services, revision support, add-ons, or appointments.

Service credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless approved in writing.

By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, submitting materials, approving a project, accessing digital files, or working with PCT Client Customs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Returns & Refunds Policy.
